30 amp 6-circuit prewired manual transfer switch for generators up to 3750 watts @ 125 volts. This transfer switch mounts next to your existing electrical panel indoors (surface mount only) and connects to 6 household circuits like lights, kitchen, furnace, etc. During an outage, just connect a power cord (10 gauge, 3-wire with L5-30 male and female ends, our model RJB10325) from your generator to the inlet on this transfer switch (or use power inlet box model 530V or 53002 for hardwiring) and flip the individual 3-position switches from UTIL to GEN.
Safe, proven design eliminates the danger of backfeeding generator power onto utility lines. Features include a durable, Aluminum enclosure, 6 push-to-reset circuit breakers that are in use when the generator is running, dual wattmeters to help you balance loads on your generator for better performance, power inlet (NEMA configuration L5-30) for fast connection, external mounting feet, 18 of flexible conduit and all wires clearly marked for installation in less than an hour.
